About The Job
- Drive sales through superior customer service, creative selling, and extensive product knowledge.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Continuously learn and train on new furniture and technology improvements
- Ensure customers are informed of order changes.
- Maintain sales floor visual standards throughout the day.
- Maximize customer engagement by prospecting and following up with potential customers.
- Actively promote sales and finance offers to customers.
About You
- Proven experience in commission furniture sales or related field (experience in a commission-based role is a plus).
- Communicating isn’t just a skill, it’s one of your strongest qualities.
- Your drive helps you exceed performance goals and metrics.
- You want to challenge yourself with our bonus pay in addition to your commission pay.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
